Deep Embodiment Journey - 5 weeks for those ready to take the first real step.

Over five weeks we work together to find where you've been leaving yourself most, in your relationships, choices, how you treat your own needs, and we begin shifting that. Not by talking about it endlessly, but by going to where it actually lives.
Each session draws on body-based awareness, guided inner work, and honest conversation. Sometimes something long-held gets to finally move. Sometimes we go inward to meet a part of you that hasn't had space before. Always, we follow what's true for you in that moment.
By the end of five weeks, something has shifted, not just in how you think, but in how you live. You start trusting what you feel instead of overriding it. You make choices from something steadier inside you. You show up in your relationships differently. And slowly, something else begins to emerge. A clarity about who you are. This is the deeper container. Ten weeks to work through not just what's on the surface, but what's underneath it. The patterns that have been running for a long time. The beliefs you absorbed so early you forgot they weren't yours. The parts of you that learned to stay hidden in order to be safe.
We work at identity level here. Not just shifting a reaction or a habit, but changing the relationship you have with yourself at the root.
Through body-based work, guided exploration of what lives beneath your conscious awareness, and deep emotional honesty, we work through the layers that have been keeping you from yourself, one by one, at a pace that feels grounded and true. By the end, this isn't just something you understand differently. It's something you live differently.

Inner Exploration Session - Single session or package. A safe space to meet what's there.
Sometimes you don't need a long journey. You need to stop, go inward, and let something surface.
This is a single guided session, available as a one-time experience or as a package if your system needs more space and time.
What happens in the session depends entirely on what's present for you. Sometimes an emotion that has been stored for a long time gets to finally move. Sometimes we go deeper, into the parts of you that live below conscious thought, the beliefs and memories your mind hasn't been able to reach on its own. Sometimes it's quieter than that, a gentle exploration of what wants to come forward, what you've been avoiding, what you didn't know was there. You don't need to know what you're looking for. You don't need to know how to feel or what to say. You just need to be willing to look.
People often leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more honest with themselves than they have in a long time. But sometimes it goes deeper than that.
